Information about fulfillment, shipping, returns, privacy, and the nature of the offerings sold by The Witch's Vessel.
Except when I decline an offering after the suitability review described below, digital sales are final and nonrefundable. This includes digital downloads, rituals, readings, astral offerings, personalized spiritual services, and other nonphysical work. Because these offerings are delivered or prepared specifically for the buyer, they cannot be returned.
No application is required to purchase. I review the information submitted with each order for suitability and compatibility before proceeding with the work.
If I determine that we are not a suitable practitioner-and-customer fit, that I cannot fulfill the requested intention, or that you are not compatible with the selected companion, I will decline the affected offering and refund the amount paid for it. You are not required to accept a replacement offering or store credit instead.
This refund applies when I decline an offering following that review. It is separate from the complimentary recast policy for a completed ritual, which does not include a money-back guarantee. If a suitability review causes me to decline an offering purchased through the Reserve Plan, this refund exception also applies to payments made for that offering.
If there has been no progress toward your ritual’s original intention six months after completion, I will perform one free recast of that ritual. This is a recast offer, not a money-back guarantee.
This offer applies to ritual work purchased through this website. The six-month period begins on the original ritual’s completion date, as confirmed in your completion message or write-up—not the date you placed the order.
If no progress has occurred toward the intention agreed for your ritual, contact me using your checkout email address. Include your order number, the ritual’s completion date, and a brief update about your situation and any changes since the working. I will review the original intention with you and arrange the recast. You do not need to purchase another ritual to request it.
One complimentary recast is available per purchased ritual, for the same original intention. The recast itself is free. It does not include a different ritual, a new intention, additional purchases, or repeated recasts. This recast offer provides no refund or cash alternative, including after the recast. Refunds when I decline an offering during the initial suitability review are covered separately in the store policies.
Magick does not follow a fixed timetable. Progress may be gradual, and experiences and outcomes vary. Read your write-up, follow the guidance provided, and take relevant practical steps toward your intention. The six-month point is when this recast support becomes available; it is not a promised deadline for a particular result. You are welcome to ask questions before then.
Returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by emailing [email protected]. Please include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. After the returned item is inspected, an item found to have been broken in transit or affected by a qualifying natural flaw will be replaced when possible or resolved with store credit.
Small physical orders shipped within the United States cost $8.40 when the discounted merchandise total is under $35. U.S. physical orders of $35 or more ship free. International shipping for small physical items is $28.
Digital listings, rituals, readings, and astral offerings do not require shipping. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges assessed by their destination country.
All nonphysical orders, including downloadable files, rituals, readings, astral offerings, and other personalized work, are completed in the order received and delivered manually to the email address provided at checkout. Most are delivered within 24–48 hours and no later than 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Nothing is represented as an instant download.
Physical items ship within 24–48 hours with tracking.
Buyers must provide the names, dates, pronouns, intentions, spirit or entity information, and other details requested in an offering's description. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information may extend fulfillment time. The Witch's Vessel may contact the buyer using the email supplied at checkout.
Order information is collected only to process payment, fulfill the purchase, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe; The Witch's Vessel does not receive or store full card details.
When a visitor voluntarily joins the email list, their email address and consent date are stored for occasional shop news and offers. They may unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected]. The website uses first-party analytics to understand public page views, product interest, cart additions, checkout starts, resource-link clicks, and successful signup responses. Random browser and visit identifiers are stored in browser storage and a short-lived first-party cookie. Visits may be linked to confirmed orders to measure which sources and campaigns lead to purchases. Reports are private to the owner. This tracking does not record form contents, birthdates, full payment details, or session recordings, and does not use advertising trackers. Browsers that send Do Not Track are excluded from this analytics collection.
For account security, fraud prevention, and enforcement of account restrictions, we separately record the network IP address, time, account or checkout email, and checkout reference when a member signs in or a checkout or reserve request is created. These records are accessible only to the owner. Records older than 90 days are removed when security records are saved or reviewed. Security logging is separate from optional traffic analytics. An IP address may be shared and does not by itself identify an individual.
Wishing Well submissions are private. The submitted name, wish, email, and optional phone number are stored so Selia can review the wish and respond if it is selected. A phone number is used only when the visitor expressly requests a text notification; message and data rates may apply. Wishing Well information is not added to marketing lists or displayed publicly.
Community accounts store the member's email, permanent username, profile image, friendships, blocks, notifications, public activity, and member-to-member messages. Email addresses are never shown to other members. Member messages are private from other users but may be accessed and reviewed by The Witch's Vessel for moderation, safety, reports, rule enforcement, and legal compliance. Deleted or hidden messages may be retained for those purposes.
Order details may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, ship purchases, or comply with law. Privacy questions may be sent to [email protected].
Spiritual, metaphysical, intuitive, and ritual offerings are performed through my practice. Experiences vary, and no specific result or outcome is promised or guaranteed. These offerings are not substitutes for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health care.
Any available listing with a current website price of $50 or more may be reserved with a $20 initial payment. Once that payment clears, a one-of-a-kind listing is removed from sale; for a multi-quantity product, one unit is reserved. Repeatable readings, rituals, and digital services remain available to other customers while the buyer's individual plan is tracked. The buyer receives a private payment link, and the remaining balance may be paid in flexible amounts of $5 or more, but it must be paid in full within exactly 90 calendar days of the cleared deposit.
The reserve total uses the current website price shown on the eligible listing. Reserve plans do not receive additional coupons, bundle discounts, welcome offers, or other promotional reductions. Partial payments do not extend the deadline. No work, transfer, delivery, or shipment begins until the full balance has cleared.
If the balance is not paid in full by the stated deadline, the reserve automatically ends. A one-of-a-kind listing may be returned to sale, and a reserved unit or service slot is released. The $20 deposit and all installment payments are nonrefundable and forfeited, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. By beginning a reserve, the buyer expressly accepts these terms before payment.
