This shop is built on mutual respect. Questions and genuine concerns are welcome. Harassment, threats, manipulation, repeated hostility, discriminatory conduct, or abusive communication will not be tolerated. Where permitted by Etsy’s policies and applicable law, I reserve the right to cancel eligible orders, discontinue communication, decline future orders, and refuse future service to anyone who behaves abusively.

Purchasing does not provide unlimited or immediate access to me. I am a working practitioner with responsibilities outside Etsy. Messages are answered within a reasonable timeframe, not continuously or on demand. Repeated messages do not accelerate an order, service, or response.

Ritual work, spiritual practices, energetic work, and personal development take time. Do not purchase if you require instant results, guaranteed manifestations, continuous reassurance, or a specific outcome by a specific date.
