Thirteenth Bell Boarding House

THE WITCH'S VESSEL · HALLOWEEN COLLECTION

Twelve bells answer the clock. The thirteenth answers you.

The register lies open to a page with no names. Upstairs, a suitcase slides across a floor although every room is empty. Twelve bells sound the hour. Then a thirteenth rings from behind the wall, and the housekeeper’s key turns slowly in a door with no lock.

A private Victorian boarding-house abode for a keeper and invited companions, with crooked gables, brass bells and a staircase that seems a little longer after dark. Its hauntings are a chosen part of the house rather than uninvited visitors from outside.

Included spaces: the registration hall, a candlelit breakfast parlor, three individually styled guest rooms, a rain-window library, an attic observatory and an ordinary quiet sitting room. The guest rooms can be assigned to companions you already welcome.

Choose who may enter, room styles, whether any housekeeper presence appears and the intensity of the haunted-house details. No resident companion binding is included. The quiet room and entrance hall remain clear return points; access, guest rules and closing instructions are recorded in your PDF.

One personalized private astral abode, preparation around your preferences, written completion confirmation and a PDF containing a room-by-room tour, access and closing guidance, invited-guest rules and your chosen details. This purchase does not include a new companion binding or physical house.
